Approvals and Specifications

Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies strives to achieve and exceed customer demands for quality and approved working practices.

In order to satisfy the requirements of our diverse customer and industry base we provide an extensive list of industry approvals ranging from aerospace through to medical device manufacturing and processing.

Our facility approvals, where appropriate, include: FAA, AS9100 Rev C, NADCAP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 plus other specific OEM, company and industry approvals as required.

Controlled Shot Peening is applied in accordance with SAE AMS2430 and SAE AMS2431 specifications which define the requirements for consistent quality controlled shot peen processing and should be invoked in all controlled shot peening applications.
